A 1959, Rippen grand piano with a contrasting cherry polyester and painted aluminium case. This Rippen piano has a beautiful slimline outline and minimal openwork music desk. Piano features a reverse crown soundboard and tapered legs. Piano has an eighty-eight note keyboard and a two-pedal piano lyre.

Frankeneng 17, Ede, Holland. Rippen, was the only piano manufacturer in The Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg, was founded in 1937. The company displayed its line of grand pianos at the 1987 Franfurt Fair. They had a well-established reputation for manufacturing pianos with high quality materials. , Johan Rippen (1909-1994), is considered a revolutionary in piano design. The iconic design reflects the aesthetics of the 50s and 60s and is still strikingly modern, freed from the constraints of traditional construction.
